Preseason, Regular Season, and Postseason Dates Announced
Regular Season Highlights
The Tampa Bay Lightning have unveiled their 2024 schedule, which includes 83 regular-season games, beginning with the home opener on October 14th. The full regular-season schedule can be found on the official NHL website.
The Lightning will face each of their Atlantic Division rivals eight times during the regular season, including four home games against the Boston Bruins, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Florida Panthers. They will also play three home games each against the Ottawa Senators, Montreal Canadiens, and Buffalo Sabres.
The Lightning will embark on a five-game road trip in late November and early December, visiting the Nashville Predators, Dallas Stars, Minnesota Wild, Colorado Avalanche, and Arizona Coyotes. They will also have a four-game road trip in March, traveling to the Columbus Blue Jackets, Detroit Red Wings, New York Islanders, and New Jersey Devils.
Preseason and Postseason Schedule
The Lightning will play three preseason games in September, including a home game against the Florida Panthers on September 24th. The full preseason schedule is available on the Lightning's website.
The Lightning's postseason schedule will be determined by their performance during the regular season. The Eastern Conference playoffs are scheduled to begin in mid-April.
